Windows Mobile 5 is a pretty familiar package, and it comes with support for Microsoft Office documents and HTC P6300 supports Microsoft Direct Push e-mail. HTC pitch are P6300 at business users, in particular functions such as warehousing and shipping, where the big screen is a bonus.

HTC P6300

It is a little strange from the aircraft HTC P6300 comes with Windows Mobile 5 instead of the new version 6. HTC have an upgrade program for some of their other devices, it is highly probable that the P6300 can be updated at a later date.

The first HTC S740 (Wings) will be a Vox Quad-band-like device sports both keypad and a sliding QWERTY keyboard. This pocket-sized device 2.4 inch non-tactile, and will run Windows Mobile 6 Standard edition. The HTC S740 will have dimensions of 50 × 100×18 mm and weight of 110g.

Although the HTC P6300 marks a welcome return of this style of large-format PDA type smartphones, we believe that, ultimately, the phone is flawed and it will limit its market appeal.
