Nokia 6267 Clasic Including Main Panel

Posted on January 15, 2008 in Nokia

Nokia 6267The Nokia 6267 is a very classic looking clamshell phone Nokia, but this combination is a 3G device with dual band 850/2100 MHz UMTS and quad-band GSM with GPRS and EDGE data. In other words, the Nokia 6267 will work almost anywhere in the world, including 3G networks in the United States. Indeed, this is the version of the Nokia 6120 clamshell Classic.

As the model number indicates, it is a Symbian Series 40 device and not a smartphone. Yet this is quite enough for the vast majority of customers and, in fact, the 6267 seems to have been designed to appeal to a wide customer base without adding too many features expensive.

For such a significant unit in the range of Nokia, it’s just such a shame that they could not find a more memorable model number.

In terms of specifications, the Nokia 6267 hits the mid-range market, specifically including a main panel 240×320 pixels in 16 million colours, a 2 megapixel camera and a second camera for video calls, stereo Bluetooth, microSD memory expandable (up to 4 GB) media and external controls.

At around € 240 / £ 150 / $ 290 before taxes and subsidies, the price is fairly mid-range as well. If you are looking for a 3G mobile phone Nokia clamshell and you do not want a high-end N-Series device, the Nokia 6267 is likely to be the type of device you want to go. The Nokia 6267 is expected to be available from Q3 2007.
