I bought this objective on impulse. I'm pretty happy and keep it. Strengths: – Sound is really surprisingly good, and is quite loud without distortion. That, coupled with the low center of gravity of the Cons, which is why I care. – The display is a nice color and brightness. The middle of three options works day and night. – Overall, it looks good and is a bit too low, it appears on the product photos. – Although it has no backup battery, it seems rather a kind of capacitor. IE, he will keep during a power outage, even without a backup battery. How long is anyone's guess, and it is not mentioned in the manual, but I mean unplugged for 15 minutes in order to position it where I wanted and there's always time. It is a good thing. Disadvantages: – The buttons are ridiculous. You need only to remember where they all are, and you can not tell them apart by touch, either. All up and left in a bar of buttons falling (crazy, because there are really only) to three or four on the left side, making it somewhat difficult, the iPhone dock. Wherever you want to achieve, stabilize the clock is actually a button. Fortunately, the device weighs just enough that you usually only press down on the phone, as you target carefully. – The construction quality is poor face. The face is a plastic film that is glued on, and it disadvantages peeling edges. This is not visible unless I look good, but it's not really useful on a $ 80 Clock + radio. – If you have connected the phone and turn off the power (ie, interest groups, the clock is), he began playing music on the iPod Phone App. When the device is switched on, and when you plug the phone, he started playing music on the phone. There is no way to connect your phone and turn off the loudspeaker, without the phone starts to play songs from the iPod. This is not a big deal, but I sleep my phone plug in and around noise generator (atmosphere) and it is annoying that the plug in, wait for about a second to blow it up in the air your iPod, then Click the Stop button on the radio. On the other hand, when I pass by the button-pushing nightly routine, it sounds great and fills the space better and with more clarity and less plasticky roar that Sharper Image the machine noise I was l '(usually the computer and double size). And I think the Play / Stop button now. . . with the middle finger touching the phone in the index. So a mixed bag, but if you want something that looks pretty good and sounds good, how could you. While most of the other options are terribly ugly and its bad too often. I only wish they were smarter than the keyboard, both work like and how they are made. I use it on my phone recharged at night, while display the playing sounds from the phone, and the time. It works for that once I get used to his eccentricities button.

I have an old alarm clock for the year, Philips is looking for an upgrade. I use this alarm for about a month and I'm really happy with it – it met all my expectations and more. Strengths: – It takes up less space than comparable devices. – The LCD brightness is adjustable and not distracting in the dark. – I was afraid that my iPhone could not match his cause, but with adjustable support, it was no problem. The adjustable support also means you can connect an iPod nano with no problems. – The alarm uses music to wake the iPhone and volume is adjustable (it is much quieter than the alarm on the phone even start) to – Alarm 1 and 2 can be solved, Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun, and 7 days — Sound quality is impressive for the size (I is the current Internet radio currently use on the iPhone) Cons: – In time to read day and date on the LCD screen is a little difficult to (especially not without glasses is a problem for all) Overall I am really happy with it – that's exactly what I wanted!

There are many iPhone docking stations there, and some are quite expensive. . . So why not add it a radio and a device from which you can simply use the iPhone as well? Here are the criteria that I went through: 1) Less than 100 $ 2) Easy) by Radio Dock 3 Using Slick design were put on my desk – not very big, but still made suitiable on the desktop with decent sound 4) When Listen to music from the iPhone music should stop playing, so I make a call, and once the call is finished, I get to be the music returned, he stood 5) Just to the iPhone from the cradle for use of numbers without any difficulty get choose (most of the docking stations are a little awkward when you try in the iPhone and then try to call people – you should always use both hands on the iPhone does not break anything on the docking connector) to ensure . After a few weeks now, it does not use all creteria met in my opinion. My greatest taste is actually the ease, I can my iPhone in the sender host, and can actually plug the phone for contacts, make phone calls, etc. with one hand. Since it right next to me, I can easily with one hand, use this little device. Unfortunately (and I had hoped to see this feature in the future), the radio speakers to not when someone calls made. . . but I staion in the arm length and speaeker ipone do a good job or alternatlively I use the headset. I also use the iPhone as a wireless radio and with the iPhone in the dock, it is my wireless radio, so to speak. I Pandora and other online services on the radion Apps from Apple. And if the speakers do not work! And if I do not want with internet radion stations or online I can easily move from one to hear (the key source of) a player on an external MP3 files or FM radio stations to local. The sound is at the bottom, do not expect, but not a super stereo and deep bass. But you can always attach more speakers later if you wish. So a total of $ 80 will get you a stylish looking docking station for the iPhone and you can make calls from there to listen to online or local radion stations while charging your iPhone at the same time.

I bought this camera as a replacement for a Philips DC320 that I got home from a local Best Buy and return within a week (you my review of this entertaining,) was on the website of Best Buy found. The DC315 can overcome the major weakness of the other unit, by a readable display that does not flood the room with no light. In fact, the screen is very nice here with a beautiful color and font of interesting, but still readable. The set is really very attractive with the glossy black front and large design patterns, facial expressions and mixes very well with the iPhone just make you want to see. It does not have much property, but the large face has a dramatic impact anyway. The display has three brightness settings with a good, but do not automatically adjust for ambient light. Fortunately, even the most brilliant is not allowed to sleep in a dark room, and the center is still very visible in daylight. As with the other unit, I like to set the alarm with increasing volume. He is the cutest clock I got from a machine. The sound is overall quite good with a certain amount of bass and balance. However, although the sound is better than a typical alarm clock, it is not as good as the DC320 with respect to the detail and stereo imaging. But he is able to play louder than the DC320, without gross distortion bass. There are some other issues. A segment of the secondary display below the clock does not work. Fortunately he is in a position which is used for displays of radio frequency, and I can live with that, given the difficulties of returning a mail ordered item (another review of a similar item Philips j 'I have a similar display problem – interesting note). As with the other unit of the snooze bar is right next door and feels exactly like this to the alarm for the next day that dangerous is reset when you get half asleep and trying to further nine minutes in the morning. I will probably change a button somehow it feels different. It requires a good level of violence the right seat of the iPhone to load into the dock. Unfortunately, the draft results from this point that the force required, the entire unit to the front tip. Stabilize your fingers on the top of the unit is always the side buttons are pressed. A small plug behind the iPhone (or iPod has adapted), and to enable the proper angle and support to you iProduct reach. Unfortunately, if the adjustment is done by a plastic buttons feel cheap in the back is loose and will not stay where you put it. It is not clear that the appliance has a battery backup for power outages, although I do not really not been tested yet. And finally, and probably the worst case, the alarm is triggered half an hour, including nap! So, if you snooze on the more than 3 times, then 3 minutes after the last snooze alarm goes off easily, without warning, so that makes you drowsy. Frankly, I do not know where Philips was an engineer something that had never used an alarm clock design. So, this device is certainly not perfect, with a bizarre and so-so quality of design that seems to be characteristic of Philips Electronics. I could probably get a lot more feature rich and well-designed product at a similar price. But the style is great, especially compared to other available iDock, is used as an alarm clock, and the sound quality is actually quite decent. So I will comply with them, I suppose.

I have today and was very happy. It is not too great, fits perfectly on my bedside table. The sound quality is good and works as an alarm clock. (He has 2 alarms that are separately adjusted. I'll update this review after using for a month.
