The W580i a rare slider Sony Ericsson phone, the W580i is a slim Walkman brand of the aircraft with a QVGA screen and a 2 megapixel camera. Sliders are rare in the range Sony Ericsson, the W850i is another cause confusion with a similar name. However, the W580i is a quad-band GSM device, rather than 3G W850i. But even if it is an attractive and interesting combination in itself.
W580i Urban Grey’s specifications are fairly decent, but not revolutionary. There is a 2.0 “240×320 pixels 262000 colors, a 2 megapixel camera, FM radio, Bluetooth (but it is unclear if this is Bluetooth stereo), expandable memory using maps Memory Stick Micro (up ‘Go to 2 with 512 MB supplied as standard) And the W580i is available in two colors - the traditional orange and white as we saw on the original W800, plus a more moderate grey urban theme. Sony Ericsson fit all of these features in an aircraft just 14mm thick and weighing 94 grams very reasonable.
As might be expected, the Sony Ericsson W580i comes with the well-regarded multimedia configuration found in other Walkman-branded phones, in addition to a web browser, email client, reader RSS feeds and the applications that you could use just once and then forget (VideoDJ In the spirit springs).
It is a bit more than just a standard telephone Walkman with a slider - the Sony Ericsson W580i comes with a variety of applications to help with your diet and fitness, including a meter pedometer and the W580i also does not appear to be robust in no way.
The W580i also supports EDGE and more data quad GSM and GPRS. Maximum duration is cited as an impressive 9 hours up to 14 days in standby mode.
