Quite why we had to wait 18 months for a GSM version of Motorola Moto Q is a mystery, but finally it’s here. For example, Motorola has the MOTO Q 8 arrived in the nick of time to make the breakthrough that Motorola needs in this market segment.

Motorola MOTO Q8

Although Motorola Moto Q 8 is equipped with the new Windows Mobile 6.0 operating system, it is strictly the model of last season. Yes, it has a good screen 320×240 pixels, but it has no 3G capabilities and is limited to GPRS and EDGE. And despite the efforts of Motorola pushing the potential of WiFi capabilities of the Moto Q, the fact is that it requires a new card SDIO.

The Nokia E90 Communicator is the latest in a long line of communicator devices, and it is the replacement for the Nokia 9500 that was announced three years ago. Nokia E90 say that the E90 is long-awaited would be an understatement. One of the weaknesses of the 9500, Nokia 9300 and 9300i devices resulting in lack of support for 3G, and the E90 adds that now.

As for 9500, the Nokia E90 retains WiFi support and has a full QWERTY keyboard (even if the keyboard has been improved in the E90).

Nokia 6288 Generation 3G Phones

Posted on January 1, 2008 in Nokia

The Nokia 6288 is a revised version of 6280, but it is very difficult to see what has changed between the two models, apart from a few cosmetic differences. As with the previous handset, the Nokia 6288 is a 3G mobile phone with a slider main camera 2 megapixel, subcamera VGA, 240×320 pixels, Bluetooth, multimedia and microSD expandable memory. The main difference seems to be that the Nokia 6282 comes with a memory card of 512 MB to 64 MB on the old version.
